Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

This policy covers Team Carvalho Göteborg academy services. You can request a full refund within 30 days for memberships, 10-class cards and drop-ins purchased from Team Carvalho GBG IF, org.nr 802473-8125, and for private classes purchased under the Team Carvalho brand from AC Sports SWE AB, org.nr 559217-0822. Shop merchandise is handled separately.

How to request a refund

Email us at info@teamcarvalho.se with your order email or receipt and we will process your refund through our payment provider, Stripe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days once approved.

Cancelling a membership

You can cancel a membership at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to classes until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation on its own is not a refund request — use the steps above if you want money back.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in Sweden and the EU you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. Our 30-day guarantee is more generous and applies in addition to it. If you ask us to start your training inside the withdrawal period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for classes already attended.

Exceptions

Beyond 30 days, remaining time or unused class credits are generally not refundable, but we will always look at long-term injury, illness or relocation case by case — contact us.
