The core of the academy
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the main art at Team Carvalho Göteborg. Led by Alan Carlos — 4th-degree BJJ black belt and professional MMA fighter — our BJJ program is built on Team Carvalho lineage and decades of experience on the mat.
You train both Gi and No-Gi. Beginners start with movement, safety and the core positions. As you progress you build a personal game, and if you want to test it, the competition team is right there.
