Alan Carlos is a fourth-degree Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt and a professional MMA fighter. His academy biography describes 23 years of experience in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, submission wrestling and MMA, with national and international competition experience in both BJJ and MMA. He remains an active competitor.

At our academy in Gothenburg, Alan is head coach for BJJ, MMA, striking and No-Gi. Our history overview connects his work to Bruno Carvalho, the Carvalho brothers and Clube Itapagipano. The result is a local academy with Brazilian roots, where the next chapter is written by the people who join us on the mats.
